Salzburg natural beef high quality meat straight from our organic farm

Salzburg natural meat comes from ten month old calves from "mother cow" farming. These are primarily fed with breast milk and spend the summer up on the alpine pastures with their mothers in Dienten. In the wintertime they are only fed our own food and organic grain. The meat can be ordered in mixed packages of 5 or 10 kg on or off the bone. For gourmets we offer whole sirloin (approx. 1,3 - 1,8 kg). |
